Electrical Rewiring
Full or part re-wires to suit your requirements. All work is carried out by our apprentice trained electricians and is covered by a guarantee by the NICEIC. Our trouble free service from start to finish includes all electrical work. This means we can provide you with a completely finished product.
Additional sockets
Flush mounted or surface mounted sockets catered for with a range of different finishes.
Downlights
Low voltage or mains halogen and LED lights with a range of different finishes. Fire rated products available. Switching options include dimmer
Showers
Quality affordable showers in a range of different finishes and power ratings to suit every budget. Re placement or full installations including electrical
Extractor fans
Extractor Fans and Extractor Hoods. A wide range of options available. Bathroom and kitchen.
Aerial Points
Additional aerial points and additional sky/digital points. Flush mounted and / or surface mounted as required.
Domestic smoke and heat alarms
Mains interlinked smoke alarms to BS5839-6. Lithium ion battery back up. Full or part systems installed. Alterations or Additions to existing systems. Full testing and certification service available.
Heating
Fires/down flow heaters/towel rails/plinth heaters/storage heaters/patio heaters/under floor heating/supplies to central heating systems / Timers / Time clocks / Programmers and room thermostats.
Immersion heaters
Fault diagnosis on existing elements to determine the fault. Rod stat or element replacement service. Elements can be transferred to timed system from manual.
Appliances
Cooker and hob installations from the fuse board. New or replacement of existing appliances. Integrated units installed. Single or double oven. Extractor hoods and systems installed supplied and fitted. Heated drawers.
Earthing
Earthing and bonding upgrades. Existing earthing arrangements checked and verified for compliance with BS7671. Supplementary bonding in bathrooms/kitchens/boilers/radiators metal exposed parts.
