Delivery & Services
All the prices you see on our website are exactly the same as you would find in-store and we guarantee you the highest levels of service - just like you would get if you visited our stores. We're here to help before you buy and after so please make use of our online ordering system safe in the knowledge you will get the same great service!
Our local delivery price is £20.00 (within a 15 mile radius of one of our stores) by our own delivery team. If you live further away please use the postcode checker for a quotation based on your location.
We also offer a full installation service on all the products we sell including washing machines, televisions, range cookers and built in appliances. Please browse our website to see the costs associated with each product.
For a small fee we can also remove your old appliance and recycle it and take away all the packaging, we can even deliver upstairs (up to 4 flights - subject to survey).
We deliver in medium sized vehicles so access is not normally an issue but please ring us if you are unsure. We offer morning or afternoon calls and will work around you as necessary to make sure things go smoothly. We now offer Saturday deliveries as well.
You can be assured whether you purchase through our website or call in to one of our showrooms you will get the same excellent level of service. All you have to do is pick the product (and you can pick a delivery time to suit you) then let us take care of everything else. Most products can be delivered next day subject to space on our delivery vehicles.
As part of our Award Winning Service, We offer installation & disposal across a whole range of our products.
Our £20.00 delivery service is a kerb side drop off, packaged up. For half the normal install fee we can deliver to any ground floor room of your choice.
With all delivery options you are welcome to ask our team to unwrap your appliance so you can inspect it before we go.
